Back From the Gym... Will Tomorrow Be OK?

I just got back from the gym.  I ran a 10 minute mile on the treadmill, did my incline treadmill intervals, knee raises, and my stretching routine (focusing on external rotation, glutes and TFL).  I finished with 3 sets of 10 windmills.

Last week on Monday I felt no pain, and then on Tuesday and Thursday I thought my injury relapsed.  By Saturday I felt normal.

Tonight, I trained, and I really hope tomorrow I feel fine.  I really really really hope I feel OK tomorrow.  During my training tonight I felt fine.  I was nervous about doing the windmills, but they were painless.
